Priority Investigations is owned and operated by Michael Lewandowski, a retired Minnesota police officer and investigator. Michael is a member of the Minnesota Association Private Investigators & Protective Agents (MAPI) and a member of the Minnesota Police & Peace Officers Association (MPPOA).

With over 30 years of experience, Michael has not only held previous positions on the Special Emergency Response Team and as police trainer in the Use of Force and Defensive Tactics, he also has specialized training in: Collection and Preservation of Evidence, Auto Accident Investigation, Interview and Interrogation, Scene Photography, Death Scene Investigation, and Background Investigations. He also has previous experience performing protective services for politicians, celebrities, and entertainers.

As a private investigator, he has provided his services to businesses, attorneys, insurance companies and individuals, utilizing his experience in investigations, enforcement, and security.
